o have experience of (and can remember) supporting someone through the initial stages of social care support in the last 2 years
Aims for the sessions
During the sessions, The National Care Service want to understand how participants find, share, and make sense of information on social care support, specifically:
• how participants became aware of social care support
• what information helped participants understand eligibility for support
• participants' experiences of the assessment process
How the sessions will work
The sessions will be held online using Microsoft Teams.
There will be 4 Scottish Government staff at each session. 2 staff members will facilitate the activities and discussions and the other 2 will take notes.
Notetakers will not record the name or identifying details of any participants.
How you can help
If you or your organisation can help them recruit for these sessions, please reply to this email by 5pm on Friday 3 March.
Wherever possible, we will support people to attend. If you or the people you support have any accessibility needs, or any questions please let them know by emailing NCSdesign@gov.scot.
